Atlas AI
A personal tool that finds content opportunities, drafts social media posts with artificial intelligence, and publishes them to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts only after a human approves them.
What it actually is
Atlas AI is not a commercial product and not a public service. It is a personal project, operated by one individual, managing their own Pages plus the Pages of a small group of acquaintances who have voluntarily granted them an administrator role.
There is no user registration, no third-party login, and it is not offered as a service to anyone else. Every Page is onboarded because its owner decided so and acted on that decision explicitly through Meta's own tools.
How it works
- The system reviews public content sources to find candidate topics.
- A language model drafts a proposed post: copy, hashtags, and where relevant an image concept.
- The proposal goes to review. Nothing is published at this stage.
- Only once the administrator explicitly approves it does the post get sent to the Page through Meta's official API.
The system is built so that no post ever goes out without a prior human decision. That is a design principle, not a configuration preference: there is no switch that turns it off.
What data it handles
- Technical data about the Pages it manages: identifier, name, category, and the linked Instagram account if one exists.
- The access tokens Meta issues to operate those Pages, held encrypted at rest.
- The content it generates and a record of what has been published.
It does not collect personal data about Page followers: no comments, no private messages, no individual audience data. The full detail, with purposes and retention periods, is in the privacy policy.
